Cancellation Policy
All cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Any no-shows, appointments that must be rescheduled due to improper pre-treatment prep, or those canceled with less than 24-hours will be charged 50% of the service.
No show appointments will be charged 100% of all scheduled services.
Please arrive on time to appointments. If you are running more than 10minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee of 50% of the service will be charged.
Due to the nature of the services provided, we are unable to offer refunds. Due to insurance and liability issues, please no extra guests. Thank you!
